1. 2023 – 2026 Solution Architect

   Automated Purchasing with Copilot & AI agents in F&O — for a global lab manufacturer

   Solution Architect for a global laboratory equipment manufacturer with complex intercompany, warehousing, sales and field service processes. Automated multiple end-to-end purchasing processes inside D365 F&O using Copilot and AI agents, and improved MRP and demand forecasting through D365 Planning Optimization — designed and validated jointly with the business. In parallel, delivered a custom integration between D365 F&O and D365 Sales & Field Service — without Dual Write or Global Address Book — that decoupled customer-center and sales-organisation workflows, accelerated quoting and produced a unified 360° customer view.

   • Copilot & AI agents in D365 F&O — automating multiple purchasing processes end-to-end
   • MRP & demand forecasting improved via D365 Planning Optimization, co-designed with the business
   • ~300 users across 8 country entities (DE, CH, UK, FR, IT, ES, Benelux, South Africa)

2. 2023 Finance Consultant

   Two country go-lives in four months — on time, on budget

   Functional lead for an international D365 Finance rollout in the venue and event industry. Owned country-specific finance requirements and localizations for Germany, Sweden, Canada and the USA, and drove the German and Canadian go-lives to production within a four-month window. Hands-on delivery of Electronic Reporting for the German VAT pre-return (UStVA), customizations of free-text and sales invoices, and tailored check printing for the US entity.

3. 2022 – 2023 Finance Consultant · Presales

   Converted a seven-figure D365 engagement in the non-profit sector

   Trusted advisor for multiple non-profit organizations in Germany and Austria during presales and early project phases. Led requirements gathering, solution design and effort estimation for D365 F&O implementations — including donation management workflows where large donation volumes are earmarked for individual NGO projects and must be tracked end-to-end — and closed one engagement in the seven-figure range.

4. 2019 – 2023 Functional Consultant · Product Owner

   D365 ↔ SAP and 10+ external lab systems — one custom module, end-to-end ownership

   Functional lead and Product Owner for a D365 F&O implementation. Coordinated a delivery team of around six in-house and external developers plus requirements engineers, and designed a custom module that bridged D365 to SAP (accounting) and a double-digit number of external laboratory systems exchanging test results, orders and invoices over Azure-based middleware. Owned the full path from concept to production deployment.
